Our team members work closely together and are motivated by the sincere desire to make a difference in your pet’s quality of life. We understand how difficult, even traumatic, it can be when your pet has been diagnosed with cancer.
Support Staff
Service Coordinators:
- Ensure we are prepared for your visit.
- Assists with organizing follow-up care and communication with both you and your referring veterinarian.
Client Representatives:
- Help facilitate your visit.
- They act as your link to the medical team that is caring for your pet and are available to answer questions as they come up.
- Assist with paperwork, scheduling and payments.
Technicians:
- Provide the best care for your pet
- Communicate with you during the visit, the post-treatment time, and for any medical questions you may have.
When you entrust your animal’s care to us, we in turn commit to you our very best assessments of treatment options. Our veterinary specialists will work with you every step of the way, from diagnosis to treatment to end of life or hospice care. We want to make sure you are comfortable with any decisions you make regarding your pet’s treatment plan.
