Support Staff

Service Coordinators:

Ensure we are prepared for your visit.
Assists with organizing follow-up care and communication with both you and your referring veterinarian.

Client Representatives:

Help facilitate your visit.
They act as your link to the medical team that is caring for your pet and are available to answer questions as they come up.
Assist with paperwork, scheduling and payments.

Technicians:

Provide the best care for your pet
Communicate with you during the visit, the post-treatment time, and for any medical questions you may have.
